Exercise - Zigzags (indoor)

  1. Begin with the ball at your feet.

  • Take a touch to your right with the outside of your right foot, then using the inside of your right foot touch the ball so it goes across to your left foot.

  • Then take a touch to your left with the outside of your left foot, then using the inside of your left foot, touch the ball so it goes back to your right foot.

  • Repeat while staying in the spot.

Hi, I’m Luke… better known as LVGK.

I have loved goalkeeping ever since I started, at 12 years old in Queensland, Australia. This love quickly developed into a serious passion to strive for the best… and I now take that passion into building the next generation of goalkeepers.

I am a qualified GK coach, and have been fortunate enough to learn from ex-professionals at Liverpool FC, some of the most experienced coaches in the game. So I've taken everything I've learned from them, combined with my knowledge of solo training and created the SOLO GK Training Program. So any keeper, anywhere, can access the a high level of training, without fancy equipment, facilities or coaches. And most importantly, without relying on anyone but themselves. Leaving GK’s with no excuses…

Additionally, I am a current player, and I use drills I teach, every week, in my own solo GK training sessions. In fact, I am so confident in these drills, that my footballing success down to training solo!
